Your role with us

You will work with various school counseling tasks such as advice, support conversations, information, and investigations. You will closely collaborate with principals, school nurses, resource teams, and other authorities. We prioritize preventive work.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone with a degree in social work. If you have documented experience as a school counselor, it is an advantage, as well as alternative experience as a social worker within social services. It is beneficial if you have ART and DISA training. To succeed in this role, you should be a responsible and cooperative person who can also work independently. To assess your application, you must attach your degree certificate. When we want to offer you the position, you will need to present a criminal record extract to be employed, according to the regulations in Chapter 2, Sections 31-33 of the Education Act.

This is us

Nosabyskolan is a primary school with grades 4-9. Approximately 390 students attend the school, of which about 325 are in grades 7-9. The school has an art and design profile where students work with art as a pedagogical tool. Nosabyskolan was renovated before the spring term of 2013 and offers a good working environment and favorable educational conditions. The school is located on the outskirts of Kristianstad with good access to outdoor environments while also having good transport connections to and from the school. The school has two principals, one responsible for grades 4-7 and one for grades 8-9.

The Department of Education and Child Services conducts educational activities ranging from preschool to adult education.
